Kundalini Yoga Outdoor Meditation

AMBIENT • 80 DEGREES

A typical Kundalini yoga class is comprised of three parts: an opening chant (known as “tuning in”) followed by a brief warm-up for your spine, a kriya (which is a sequence of postures paired with breathing techniques), and a closing meditation or song. ... Chanting and singing are also key components of Kundalini yoga.

WARM • 75-80 DEGREES

Calgon, take me away. You’ll enjoy the benefits of slowing down body and mind in this slow paced yoga class. This class will be softer and more nurturing, aiming to calm the nervous system and release the muscles and connective tissue. It'll feel as nice as a long warm bath. Great for your first time or to deepen your existing practice.

TRANSCEND FLOW

WARM • 90 DEGREES

In this intermediate vinyasa class, you'll build on to the essentials, discover new postures, and work to add more challenges (of both mind and body) to your practice. Great for your first time or to deepen your existing practice.

HOT • 95-100 DEGREES

A powerful yoga that will challenge your muscles, stamina and spirit. Rumor has it you may be standing on your hands or your head for pieces of this class.  Previous vinyasa experience recommended. Great for Intermediate to advanced yogis.

It’s around 100 degrees. It’s humid. It’s 26 postures. It’s traditional hot yoga. It’s more addictive than caffeine. Great for beginners or experienced yogis.

WARM • 80-85 DEGREES

Each week we focus on one of the seven main chakras in this vinyasa flow class. A warm and safe place to open all medians and experience emotions like never before. Leave feeling empowered and nurtured, ready to take on the world. Great for your first time or to deepen your existing practice.

Take time to connect with your breath, listen to your body, “find your seat” in the poses and bring a state of meditative grace to your practice with this wonderful “slow flow”. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike!

WARM • 90

Yoga meets the weight room. It's to die for...and you may want to die....all in one class.  Long and lean never hurt so good. Experience in basic vinyasa recommended.

Making your practice extra cozy with blocks, bolsters and blankets, you’ll dive deep into the stretch holding postures for 1, 2, or even 3 minutes each. A perfect compliment to an athletes routine, and a wonderful place to begin your yoga journey - this one’s for everyBODY.

A restorative guided meditation, Yoga Nidra translates to Yogic Sleep, allowing for deeply profound relaxation. It is practiced in savasana, lying on the back and can be 30 – 40 minutes long. A Yoga Nidra class will begin with minimal, gentle movements seated or reclined, to help release any stiffness before becoming still.

BRING YOUR RUNNING/WALKING SHOES

Fresh air, cardio, juicy restorative stretching - what else could you possibly need? 30 minute walk/jog/run (YOU set the pace), 30 minutes of guided restorative stretching. This class is seasonal, and dependent on the weather, so get it while the gettin’ is good! All levels welcome.
